ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCE ASSISTANT

Candidate will possess the following:

  • Associates degree. Extensive experienced may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
  • One year of job-related experience.
  • Accounting and Accounts Payable experience preferred.
  • Library experience preferred.
  • Must be able to be bonded.

 

Main Functions:

  • Serve as secretary and receptionist for the administrative office.
  • Serve as assistant to the Fiscal Officer and Director.
  • Perform a variety of skilled, confidential, and financial tasks for the administration department
  • Support the library’s strategic plan by embracing its mission, vision and organizational priorities.

Pay:    Range 5

Part time:    30 hours per week
